To foster younger baseball players to gain experience at national level and able to compete with the teams in Asia and the world is one of our major objectives.
Hong Kong Baseball Association organizes regular squad training and local league to local athletes to improve their baseball skills and enhance the sense of competition for the past few years.
Our players come from different high schools and colleges, most of them started to play baseball since aged seven or younger and they are our future.
Take the opportunity of hosting HKIBO, we with to offer our players chances to strengthen the teamwork and challenge their skills when competing with the teams from Canada, Shenzhen and China. |

Team Canada, “Diamond Backs” is honored to attend the Hong Kong Baseball Association Men's Invitational Tournament. There are 9 players on the team from Foothills Major Baseball League in Calgary, Alberta. There are 3 players from other parts of Canada and one player from the USA and one player from Australia. The players have playing experience on university and college teams, various national teams and upper level organized baseball. This is the first time for some of these players to play outside of their home country and they are looking forward to a great tournament in Hong Kong. We have one player who will now have played on every continent except Antarctica.
We wish the Hong Kong Baseball Association and all the competing teams' success in this inaugural men's tournament.
