K9 United, Korea
| The K9 United Team consists of 16 Korean players from Korea, Hong Kong and Sothern China. Most players are members of local club team in each country who enjoy playing baseball and socializing with the other players. For all K9 players, it’s their first time to attend the international baseball competition. Not only aiming to accomplish good result in the tournament, we also wish to develop deep friendship with other participating teams. |
Ateneo Blue Eagles, Philippines
| Being heavily favored, the Blue Eagles looked to dominate the 2014-15 season of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines. The men in blue fell short of winning the season three years ago but had high hopes for the comings ones. With the experience and camaraderie strengthened by the defeat, the Blue Eagles triumphed in the succeeding two seasons, 2012-13 and 2013-14. Sharing the same passion, and commitment for the sport the team looks forward to gaining new experiences in the succeeding tournaments, and hopefully to accomplish the goal of getting better as a unit, as a family, as a team. |
Moscow Hunters, Russia
| Moscow Hunters baseball team was formed in 2012. The team was made for fun and play in Moscow Amateur Baseball League. http://vk.com/moscow_amateur_baseball_league. There are 6 teams in the League. Games Schedule consist of the following: in the Moscow area local amateur teams play every Sunday from April to October on fields located in Moscow. On other separate weekends there are tournaments involving more teams in Russia, such as Astrakhan (April), Kazan (June), Nizhniy Novgorod (June), St. Petersburg (July). Our team is participant and prize-winner of all competitions. Anyone between the ages of 15 and 99 can participate in practices and games in our team. Including girls. Regardless of height, weight, residential location, work, study, confession, and proficiency level. |
Vladivostok TIGERS, Russia
| Baseball team Vladivostok Tigers was reestablished in 2011 as a successor of Russian (Soviet Union) famous team Ussuriisk (Timber) Tigers which was a bronze medalist of the USSR championship, a Cup of the USSR winner (1991), played in friendly tournaments in Japan and USA. Today it's a leading baseball team in the eastern part of Russia and the members of team are amateurs who trained in childhood and now are busy with developing of Russian baseball. |
Ravens, Singapore
| With a mix of tertiary students and young adults, Singapore Ravens is a newly established baseball team. Our players are passionate about baseball and we have participated in previous Singapore’s National Baseball Leagues. Although this Hong Kong International Tournament will be our first international league, we are looking forward to meet the various teams from all across the countries and experience baseball at an international level. |
Shin Chang Baseball Team, Taiwan
| 鑫昌水塔棒球隊於西元2011年(民國100年)成立，在竹北鑫昌實業社老闆-王定誠先生的大力奔走下促成此一美事。隊員是由一群對棒球運動充滿熱情的朋友們所籌組。鑫昌棒球隊更以「絕不找人冒名頂替參加比賽」為最高原則，藉以保障比賽的公平性及公正性。目前球隊在桃園、新竹等地皆有比賽，靠著大家共同的努力屢創佳績，目前鑫昌棒球隊可說是一支社會乙組的勁旅。 最後，在此由衷感謝香港棒球總會給予鑫昌棒球隊這次參賽的機會，更盼望能以球會友，比賽順利，創造一生難忘的回憶。 Through relentless effort of Mr. Wang Ting-Cheng, the Owner of Shin Change Company, Zhubei City. Shin Chang Baseball Team was formed back in the year of 2011. The team members were mainly composed of baseball lovers, who take baseball seriously and proud to attend each and every game as their “True Identity”, no matter how big the challenges are, they are determined to uphold the fair play spirit of Baseball. The team now played in the TaoYuan and Hsinchu district tournaments, through their team effort, they have achieved really good standings so far and proud to say that they are a very competitive Community Baseball Team. Lastly, we thank Hong Kong Baseball Association in providing us an opportunity to attend the Hong Kong International Baseball Open, in hoping to meet new friends and build many long lasting friendship, we wish the tournament a success, and we know that we will definitely create a life time memorable experiences for ourselves. Hong Kong Red Team
| Members are mainly selected from the national team players who represented Hong Kong to participate in the international level’s tournaments, such as Asia Cup, National Games, Asian Games and East Asian Games. Taking this opportunity, the Team is able to meet teams from Iraq, Russia, Singapore and United States in addition to the regular competing countries/regions such as China, Japan and Taiwan. Further enhance the baseball skills and gain more experience to apply in the coming tournaments. Wish all success. |
Hong Kong Blue Team (18U)
| To foster younger baseball players to meet national team level and able to compete with the teams in Asia and the world is one of our major tasks, Hong Kong Baseball Association organizes regular squad training and local league to local athletes to improve their baseball skills and enhance the sense of competition for the past few years. Our players come from different high schools and colleges, all of them started to play baseball since their age at seven or younger, they are our future. |
